Welcome to your AMP!

When you login, you will have the ability to toggle your view based on which user role you would like to use. In the upper right hand corner, you will see your name, and under your name, you will see the user role that you are viewing.

As a Branch Administrator, you will be able to see 3 different views.

1. Administrator – We call this view your “Administrative Dashboard”. This is where you will do all of the administrative side of your AMP program; adding users, creating groups, accessing reports, etc.
2. Instructor – As an Instructor, you will be able to create new courses and edit the courses you have already created. You will also be able to view reports on the courses you created or are tagged as an instructor on. You can create a group. You also have access to creating conferences, a grading hub for assignments, and the AMP calendar.
3. Learner – The Learner view allows you to take courses yourself; either ICT courses, or courses you have created and assigned to yourself as a Learner.

The sidebar menu looks different depending on which role you are in – Administrator, Instructor, or Learner. 

Administrator View

Home

This home view is your Administrative Dashboard. You can see:

• • Overview – active users, assigned courses, training time, and completion rate for all Learners in your AMP

• Quick actions

• • Add user – create a new user
  • Add course – create your own course
  • Add group – create a group of courses to provide to your Learners
• Users – how many users, Learners, Instructors, and Administrators are on your AMP
• Timeline – a comprehensive view of all actions on your AMP portal
• Portal activity – a graph that shows logins and course completions over a specific period of time
• Courses’ progress status – an overview of all courses on your AMP (ICT courses and courses created by your Instructors) assigned and their degree of completion by your Learners

Users

• All users that you have added to your AMP
• Add a user here by clicking the blue “Add user” button

Courses

• A list of all courses available to you on your AMP
  • Includes ICT courses
  • Includes courses created by you or your other Instructors

Groups

• All the groups that you have created can be accessed and edited here. Groups allow you to control the courses your agents have access to.
• You can also click the blue button, “Add group,” to create a new group
• Additionally, you will find the default group that we created for you, which is titled “ICT Courses for YOUR AMP NAME”. This group contains all ICT courses. You can edit this group, or use it to quickly enroll a Learner in all ICT courses.

Reports

• Overview – see stats, generate reports, view login and course activity on a graph, and see an overview of what percentage of the courses you have assigned have been completed or are in progress
• Dropdown menu
  • Users – shows each user on your AMP, their user type, their last login, their assigned courses, their completed courses, and the name of their brokerage/team
  • Courses – shows each course on your AMP, the category, number of assigned learners, completed learners, and other statistics about course completion
  • Groups – shows each group on your AMP, the number of assigned users for each group, and the completion rate
  • Learning Activities – shows tests and assignments from courses within your AMP, and stats on Learner progress
  • Training matrix – shows which Learners have completed which courses that have been assigned to them; also shows courses that are in progress
  • Timeline – a comprehensive view of all actions on your AMP portal

• This is the dropdown menu that provides all of the important links that the you have added to your AMP platform, acting as a hub for everything your Learners may need to access

Instructor View

Home

This home view is your Instructor Dashboard. You can see: 

• Overview – courses, assigned courses, completion rate, and training time for all courses you have created as an Instructor
• Quick actions
  • Add course – create your own course
  • Add group – create a group of courses to provide to your Learners
  • Add conference – create a conference for your Learners
  • Add discussion – create a discussion group for your Learners
• Recent course activity – courses you have been working on recently
• Today – upcoming conferences, meetings, ILTs
• Don’t miss! – section that provides you with time sensitive reminders
• Courses’ progress status – an overview of courses you have assigned and their degree of completion by your Learners

Courses

• All the courses that you have created can be accessed and edited here
• You can also click the blue button, “Add course,” to create a new course

Groups

• All the groups that you have created can be accessed and edited here
• You can also click the blue button, “Add group,” to create a new group
• Additionally, you will find the default group that we created for you, which is titled “ICT Courses for YOUR AMP NAME”. This group contains all ICT courses. You can edit this group, or use it to quickly enroll a Learner in all ICT courses.

Grading Hub

• This is where you will go to grade assignments that your Learners have completed
• You will also be able to grade ILT sessions here
• You can leave comments telling fellow Instructors why a Learner did not pass, etc.

Conferences

• Here is where all of the conferences you have created will be accessible
• This is where you can create a conference, by clicking the blue button, “Add conference”

Reports

Learner View

Home 

This home view is your Learner Dashboard. You can see: 

• Recent course activity

• Today – anything on the calendar for today
• Leaderboard – other Learners and their points, levels, and badges
• Don’t miss! – section that provides you with time sensitive reminders
• Achievements – your own points, level status, badges, courses completed, and certificates earned
• My courses – a percentage graphic that represents how much of your assigned courses that you have completed/in progress/not started/not passed
• Quick stats – completed assignments, submitted comments, total training time, and number of passed tests

My courses

• These are the courses you are currently enrolled in as a Learner
• These courses can be grouped by category or sorted by date, or alphabetically by course name

Course catalog

• This shows any courses that have been created by the Administrator  that you have access to view or possibly enroll in
• At the bottom of each course thumbnail, you will see either “Get this course”, or “View course”, or “Completed”.

Calendar

• This shows all meetings and events that have been added by the Administrator or by an Instructor
