How do you select my coach?

On our consultation call, we will ask you a series of questions to determine your strengths and weaknesses. Every ICC real estate coach specializes in unique areas, and works best with certain clients and business-building strategies. Your strengths and weaknesses, combined with your DISC behavioral style, help us pair you with your coach.

What do I receive with real estate coaching?

  • Hiring an ICC coach includes:
    1x per week, a 30 min one-on-one phone call with your coach
    Online Learning Center access for yourself and your entire team/brokerage
  • Access to our ICC customized coaching platform and resource file library
  • Free registration to ICC-hosted events
  • Discounts on multiple affiliate services

Is real estate Coaching all you offer?

In addition to powering the free content and training videos, ICC also offers a range of books, premium digital products, and online courses.

How do you hire your real estate coaches?

All ICC real estate coaches start out as ICC clients. To become an ICC real estate coach, they must first spend at least a year as our client. This provides our coaches with the background and training for all of our systems and materials. All ICC coaches have sold at least 1000 units in their career, either solo or with their team. Most of our coaches have built a standalone business that runs itself, allowing them to become coaches. Outside of your weekly 30-minute coaching call, our coaches are available to you 5 days a week via email, text, phone.

Can we meet in-person?

Yes! Throughout the year ICC hosts a number of in person events across the country. Check out our Events page for information on our upcoming events, or see which industry events and tradeshows we'll be speaking at!


What exactly does a  real estate coach do for my business?

  • We will help you build the 4 pillars of lead generation that you need in order to run a scalable business. When it comes to lead generation, our philosophy is marketing-based and activity-enhanced.
  • We will look at your profitability through an analysis of your financials and create for you a net profit goal.
  • We will build a business plan for you, and guide you through your agenda and action steps each week.
  • We will look at your organization as a whole. From that perspective, we will teach you how to hire, onboard agents/staff, conduct meaningful and motivational team meetings, etc.
