Event programs can feature any combination of the educational topics, along with motivational, business or leadership focused real estate training as well. Presentations can range from an interactive workshop format to a high-energy presentation. ICC can also produce and provide written audience workbooks to ensure that attendants leave with tangible items of value.

As an agent for almost 20 years, Brad has consistently ranked as one of the highest producing agents in the Midwestern United States. After consistently selling over 100 properties per year for multiple years, Brad began working directly with Brian Icenhower to grow his real estate team that ultimately sold more than 200 units annually in both Kansas City and ultimately North Texas. Brad started his expansion team when he moved to a small town in North Texas where he created an expansion business selling 46 properties in his first year knowing no one there locally. Brad accomplished this by building his sphere of influence database very quickly and prospecting for expired listings and FSBOs.
All the while, Brad worked alongside Brian Icenhower learning how to coach top real estate agents, teams, and brokerages. Brad’s true passion for coaching empowered him to become a full-time coach and consultant in 2015. With over 6000 coaching hours logged since, he has had the opportunity to work with many of the top agents and teams in the United States – many of which close more than 500 units per year.
