Nick Cameron

With an Army background, Nick Cameron was an immediate success in Real Estate closing 60 closed transactions in his first year. In 2007 he worked with Gary Keller and went on to sell 220 transactions in 2009 making Realtor Magazine’s 30 Under 30. He was promoted to Team Leader of his market center and with over 200 agents. Soon he was recruited by Ben Kinney to be the team’s general manager where he successfully grew the organization to 9 offices and 1700 agents by 2017. Nick currently speaks and trains across the country on how to run and scale successful real estate brokerages and large teams.

Brian’s engaging presentation style provides a high level of energy that keeps attendants motivated and receptive to learning throughout the entire event. Brian Icenhower has presented for many organizations across a wide number of industries.  He has presented for real estate companies, trade conferences, REALTOR Associations, financial institutions, non-profit & service groups, and for a variety of national corporations.  Mr. Icenhower has also been a keynote speaker for numerous organizations.  Event sessions can be conducted by the hour, half-day, full-day or over multiple days depending on the topic and audience.

Rick Fuller

As the Broker/Owner of the Rick Fuller Team, Rick has led his team to produce over $100 Million in Annual Sales, over 1,250 FIVE STAR reviews from satisfied customers, successfully established multiple locations throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento County and has earned Zillow’s distinction as #1 Real Estate Team in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento County for most recent sales. 

In addition to leading the team, Rick is a board member of community non-profit organizations, and Economic Development Commissioner, and a Real Estate Coach for Coaches and Teams across North America.

There are only two things Rick loves to share about more than Real Estate; Jennifer his friend and wife of 19 years and their 3 daughters. Since 2000, the Fuller Family has raised support, awareness and over 1 million dollars for Foster and Homeless Kids.

As an agent for almost 20 years, Brad has consistently ranked as one of the highest producing agents in the Midwestern United States.  After consistently selling over 100 properties per year for multiple years, Brad began working directly with Brian Icenhower to grow his real estate team that ultimately sold more than 200 units annually in both Kansas City and ultimately North Texas.   Brad started his expansion team when he moved to a small town in North Texas where he created an expansion business selling 46 properties in his first year knowing no one there locally. Brad accomplished this by building his sphere of influence database very quickly and prospecting for expired listings and FSBOs.

All the while, Brad worked alongside Brian Icenhower learning how to coach top real estate agents, teams, and brokerages.   Brad’s true passion for coaching empowered him to become a full-time coach and consultant in 2015. With over 6000 coaching hours logged since, he has had the opportunity to work with many of the top agents and teams in the United States –  many of which close more than 500 units per year.
