1. Set your viral goal
The first key component to growth (on a team or otherwise) is to set your viral goal. On a team, this means creating a goal that encompasses the goals of all your team members. Everyone’s individual goal ties into the team’s overall viral goal. In The High-Performing Real Estate Team, we teach you how to build this viral goal.
2. Focus on the activities
Too often we get hung up on the results and loose focus of the activities. This will absolutely kill you in the real estate market in 2021. If you’re worried about how many offers you write and get under contract, you’ll get really frustrated in this market. So, you must focus on the activities instead. How many contacts are you making? How many active buyers are you building? And we have evidence-based faith that by focusing on the activities, the results will follow.
3. Cultivating responsibility through public accountability
Everybody should see their efforts toward accomplishing their activities on a daily and weekly basis. Results should also be public, too. Having public accountability increases the likelihood that you’ll actually do what you are set on doing.
4. Drive growth with a dashboard
This component focuses in on what exactly should be on your team dashboard. We provide the template for a successful team dashboard, as well as helpful tips on what should be on the dashboard (and what shouldn’t.) The real estate market in 2021 leaves little room for error. Your team needs to be firing on all cylinders to make it in this low-inventory market. A solid team dashboard will absolutely change the game.

How do you meet with your team each week? What’s on the agenda? How long should your weekly meetings last?
