What to Do Instead

Use clear, specific, keyword-rich titles that help your ideal client feel like the video was made for them.
Try adding:

  • 📍 A geographic keyword (city, neighborhood)

  • 📍 A buyer/seller goal (price range, home type)

  • 📍 A hook (“before you move,” “things nobody tells you,” “most people miss”)

Here are a few title examples that work:

  • “Before You Buy in Scottsdale – 3 Things Most People Miss”

  • “What Kind of Home Can You Get for $400K in San Diego?”

  • “Top 5 Schools in Tampa – Where to Buy a Home Nearby”

Bonus Tip: Add Curiosity or Urgency

Words like “before you move,” “watch this first,” or “what most people miss” create an emotional trigger. It makes people curious. They don’t want to miss out. And that drives clicks.
