Let’s start with this—YouTube is the second largest search engine in the world. That means your video title has to function like a search query. Think like a consumer. Think like a buyer or seller.
Would someone searching for answers type “New Listing” into the YouTube search bar?
No. But they might search:
“How far does $500,000 go in Denver?”
“Best neighborhoods in Nashville for families”
“What’s the market like in Austin in 2025?”

📍 A geographic keyword (city, neighborhood)
