Learn how top producing agents market safe and virtual real estate services for representing both buyers and sellers during the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic.
During this Coronavirus crisis, it is important for Realtors to practice social distancing and remain in compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines. Real estate agents may continue to do business through virtual means. Beyond servicing your real estate clients through virtual means, you also need to ensure the safey of everyone involved. Your clients will realize that you are keeping them safe through your practices when it comes time to do anything in person.
Part of adapting is learning how to conduct a virtual real estate business. The other part is taking safety measures for any business conducted in person. One way that you can demonstrate this is through a quick social media post. Here is a great example from Jillian Bos, one of our long time clients here at Icenhower Coaching and Consulting. Here, Jillian walks you through a “Show Safely Set” that she has procured to keep everyone safe during the listing process.

Keep your clients and your agents safe
As real estate agents, we can have a great impact on the safety of ourselves and our clients by adhering to all regulations. We can take it a step further. Provide your agents and your clients with a way to stay safe during the process, too. Much of our real estate industry is moving to virtual. We can conduct 100% of our business through virtual means. That said, there will come a time when we start to meet in person again. We must have a toolkit to help these interactions become more comfortable.
