Diego Espinoza, a 2016 REALTOR® Magazine 30 Under 30 Honoree, shares how at the age of 22 years old he was able to sell 102 homes in his first year as a new real estate agent. Diego was also full time student completing his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) during the first year after obtaining his real estate license. As a new real estate agent, Diego’s focus was on generating new business by devoting his efforts to the needs of clients. Diego was raised in an agricultural community in Central California where a large portion of the population are Spanish speaking farm laborers. Whether it was helping non-English speaking clients understand the home buying process, or assisting elderly clients with technology issues, Diego was committed to adding value to his clients by creating an amazing customer service experience. It wasn’t soon before word of Diego’s level of service traveled throughout the local Spanish speaking community either. Watch as Brian Icenhower interviews Diego Espinoza to learn how a new real estate agent could achieve such extraordinary levels of success in this video.
