As a new real estate agent, Diego’s focus was on generating new business by devoting his efforts to the needs of clients. Whether it was helping non-English speaking clients understand the home buying process, or assisting elderly clients with technology issues, Diego was committed to adding value to his clients by creating an amazing customer service experience. It wasn’t soon before word of Diego’s level of service traveled throughout the local Spanish speaking community either.
