Stock brokers, insurance agents, accountants, lawyers, plumbers, etc. Anyone in the service industry has access to using Google Local Services Ads and Google My Business. This provides you with a giant opportunity. You can provide a huge value to your trusted vendors by teaching them how to do what you have learned!
If you know how to set up your Google Local Services Ads, Google My Business profile, and how to get Google Reviews, you can share your knowledge! Use this for business-to-business marketing. Your trusted vendors are those businesses that you refer business to and get referral business from. Now you can see why we are giving you our Real Estate Vendor List Template. Every real estate agent should have multiple accountants, lawyers, insurance agents, and financial advisors in their sphere of influence (SOI) database. All of these professions advise people when to buy and sell real estate. This makes these people ideal referral partners!

These vendor relationships are valuable for a number of reasons, but if you are on good terms with your lender or your accountant, for example, and you can use their conference room from time to time, or even rent out space in their building. This would allow you to use that address to establish another Google My Business location. You help your local vendor and mentor them by sharing your knowledge of Google services, and they help you by allowing you to use their address and share their space. It’s possible that you may not use this address at all, except as an additional address to expand your reach through Google My Business.
You can do this with vendors of any type. This is very beneficial and doesn’t cost you any money. You have become an expert, and you can now turn around and help others, coming from contribution, and they will return the favor by helping you. You’ll get referral business from these vendors.
“If I refer my clients to you, would you have any problem referring your clients who want to buy and sell real estate to me?” This opens the door for a long term relationship, which could include sharing a business address for Google purposes.
Business-to-business groups using your Real Estate Vendor List Template
You can start a referral group in your area where you do a workshop and teach them all how to set up their Google My Business profile or how to set up a Local Services Ads account, or even strategies on how to grow their reviews. The value you can provide is phenomenal, because you are so far ahead of the curve right now! You would be shocked to see how progressive the real estate industry is in this area. Typically real estate agents are ahead on technology due to the very competitive nature of this industry. So if you were to go speak with a group of insurance agents or mortgage lenders or accountants, for example, very few of them would be aware of these tools.
