In other words, the more business that an agent can generate, the more income that both the agent and the realtor assistant can earn.

Further, realtor assistants are hired to be the backbone of the real estate office. They provide the fundamental structural support and balance that keeps everything upright. Therefore, realtor assistants enable flexible motion and help to coordinate everything.
Conversely, real estate agents are the muscle—the engine that propels the business forward and keeps it moving in a different way. For instance, muscles turn fuel into motion just like agents turn leads into clients and income. It’s impossible for us to do anything without our muscles. Similarly, a real estate agent’s business will collapse financially if the agent is inactive and stops moving.
