Online Lead Response Time – Why it’s so Crucial

Lead response time is one of the most important factors to consider when assessing your success rate in converting online leads.  As an industry standard, most top real estate agents and teams agree that lead response time should be held to no more than 5 minutes after the lead is received.  Conversion rates drop astronomically after 5 minutes, so getting back to leads quickly is the name of the game for getting a hold of people.  As a result, tracking and monitoring lead response time is an absolute must for agents looking to increase conversion rates and maximize their marketing dollars.  Watch as Brian Icenhower and Ro Malik, co-founder of the inside sales agent company Conversion Monster, discuss the importance of monitoring lead response time in the video below.
